You can easily link her with another resonator who just got released – Jinhsi. Changli is Jinhsi's teacher, and also the former secretary-general of the central Secretariat in the capital. Currently, she is the Counselor of the Jinzhou Magistrate. As a powerful resonator, she is gentle and patient, yet a frightening existence in the battlefield. To achieve her goal, she would put herself under the endless game against time and chaos.

Changli can be obtained in the newest Event Convene "Vermillion's Ploy", together with Taoqi, Baizhi, and Mortefi. The Convene will last from July 22, 2024 until August 14, 2024.
